At Irvine Therapy Services, we provide developmentally grounded, relationship-based services that support children and families through a whole-child lens. Our work is rooted in the belief that growth happens when children feel safe, connected, and understood—and when their sensory, emotional, motor, communication, and relational needs are supported together rather than in isolation.
We offer Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, DIRFloortime® Therapy, and group-based Programs & Events, each guided by a neurodiversity-affirming philosophy that honors how children naturally grow, learn, and engage with the world. Across all services, we look beyond surface-level behaviors or isolated skills to understand the underlying foundations impacting participation, regulation, communication, and confidence.
In addition to individualized therapy, our Programs & Events offer group-based opportunities designed to foster social connection, confidence, joy, and participation through shared interests and experiences. These offerings—such as structured programs, special interest clubs, and seasonal camps and events—provide children with meaningful ways to connect with peers while building confidence and belonging in a supportive environment.
Across all services, we partner closely with families, value collaboration, and aim to create experiences that are compassionate, thoughtful, and responsive to each child’s unique profile. Our goal is not just skill development, but confident, connected children who feel supported in who they are and how they engage with the world.
